Sabritec Filter Connectors
Sabritec's filter connectors are used on most major military aircraft programs in the U.S. and Europe. These applications include cockpit upgrades, EMI filtering on navigation systems, power and control units, and other aircraft avionics systems. We also make filtered adapters that some customers use as a "bolt on" EMI solution that allows them to contain EMI emissions without changing their existing connectors and box layouts.
Our Filter Connector line include circular connectors MIL-DTL-38999, MIL-DTL-83723, MIL-C-26482, rack and panel connectors ARINC 600, ARINC 404, MIL-DTL-83527, and d-sub connectors MIL-DTL-24308, MIL-DTL-83513, and High Power Combo D-Subs. Sabritec offers ESD protection, and Composite Filter Connectors. Sabritec has not been certified under the cognizance of the military specifications listed above and the products are not covered by the QPL. We also offer RoHS compliant solderless filter connectors.
MIL-DTL-38999 Filter Connectors
MIL-DTL-38999 filter connectors are designed to meet or exceed all applicable 
requirements of Series I-IV. Filter connectors are intermateable and interchangeable with standard non-filter connectors. Sabritec has not been certified under the cognizance of the MIL-DTL-38999 standard and these parts are not covered by the QPL.
MIL-DTL-83723 Filter Connectors
MIL-DTL-83723 Series III/MIL-C-26500 filter connectors are designed to meet or
exceed all applicable requirements of military specifications. Filter connectors are intermateable and interchangeable with standard non-filter connectors. Sabritec has not been certified under the cognizance of the MIL-DTL-83723 standard and these parts are not covered by the QPL.
MIL-DTL-26482 Filter Connectors
MIL-C-26482 Series II/MIL-DTL-83723 Series I filter connectors are designed to 
meet or exceed all applicable requirements of military specifications. Filter connectors are intermateable and interchangeable with standard non-filter connectors. Sabritec has not been certified under the cognizance of the MIL-DTL-83723 standard and these parts are not covered by the QPL
ARINC 404 and ARINC 600
MIL-C-81659/ARINC 404 filter connectors are designed to meet or exceed all applicable requirements of military specifications. Filter connectors are 
intermateable and interchangeable with standard non-filter connectors.

MIL-DTL-83527 Filter Connectors
MIL-DTL-83527 Connectors come standard with anti-rotational keyed insert 
assemblies for Filter, High-Speed Fibre Channel or Ethernet Twinax and Quadrax Connectors and Contacts. Offered in a number of different contact arrangements and shell sizes. Sabritec has not been certified under the cognizance of the MIL-DTL-83527 standard and these parts are not covered by the QPL.
MIL-DTl-24308 Filter Connectors
MIL-DTL-24308 D-Subminiature filter connectors are designed to meet or
exceed all applicable requirements of military specifications. Filter connectors are intermateable and interchangeable with standard non-filter connectors. Sabritec has not been certified under the cognizance of the MIL-DTL-24308 standard and these parts are not covered by the QPL.
MIL-DTL-83513 Filter Connectors
MIL-DTL-83513 filter connectors are designed to meet or exceed all applicable
requirements of military specifications. Filter connectors are intermateable and interchangeable with standard non-filter connectors. Sabritec has not been certified under the cognizance of the MIL-DTL-83513 standard and these parts are not covered by the QPL.
Filter Combo D-Subs
High powered EMI filtered D-Sub connectors including the single row size 8 power contacts (3W3, 3WK3, etc.). These connectors can achieve up to 47 nF per line.
The planar capacitor provides excellent attenuation as well as meeting the Bellcore requirements for 1000 VDC Dielectric Withstanding Voltage. These connectors are intermateable and interchangeable with standard non-filter d-sub connectors. This series is available in PC tail, solder cup, and solderless press-fit terminations into standard plated thru holes.
ESD Connectors
ESD connectors are available for circular, rack and panel 
(ARINC), and d-sub receptacles. These connectors offer the utmost protection against EMI and ESD environments. ESD connectors have a faraday cage which protects the components inside the connector from electrostatic discharges. The composite material shell is able to resist severe corrosion up to 2000 hrs of salt spray and helps to increase durability (up to 1500 cycles).
Filtered Adapters
Non-Filter applications can easily be upgraded to EMI/Transient protection
without modification to the system through Sabritec In-Line filter adapters. The adapters are designed to be installed between the existing plug and receptacle without having to re-wire or disassemble the system. These adapters can be built for any connector series including MIL-DTL-38999, MIL-DTL-26482, MIL-C-83723, MIL-DTL-24308, MIL-C-83513, ARINC 404 and ARINC 600. Consult factory for Filter Adapters.
